Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the item.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, size, or other order details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will confirm whether the requested change is possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
We are not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer at checkout if not reported within the allowed timeframe.
Address Corrections
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. You may wait until delivery and submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
