Providing the products

5.3. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delays occur due to events beyond our control (such as carrier delays or customs processing), we will inform you and minimize impact where possible.

5.5. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted. The carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
5.6. If you do not re-arrange delivery. If delivery cannot be completed and you fail to respond, we may contact you for further instructions and reserve the right to cancel the Contract if necessary.
5.7. Your legal rights if we deliver goods late. If we miss a delivery deadline and delivery timing was essential, you may treat the Contract as ended in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5.7.1. We have refused to deliver the goods.

5.7.3. You informed us before order acceptance that timely delivery was essential.
5.8. Setting a new deadline for delivery. You may set a reasonable new deadline. If we fail to meet it, you may treat the Contract as ended.
Refunds and your rights to end the Contract
6.1. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product unless otherwise specified.
6.2. You may end your Contract depending on circumstances, including product defects, significant delays, or permitted change-of-mind periods.
6.2.1. If you change your mind within the eligible return window, you may request a refund subject to return conditions.
6.2.2. In other cases, rights depend on whether there is a fault or breach of contract.
6.3. Ending the Contract because of something we have done. If you end the Contract due to pricing errors, significant changes, supply suspension, or late delivery caused by us, you may receive a full refund for undelivered goods.
6.4. When you don’t have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind for hygiene-sealed items once unsealed after delivery.
6.6. How long do I have to change my mind? For physical goods, you generally have 14 days after receiving the product (or the final delivery in split shipments) to request a return, subject to our Return Policy.
How to end the Contract with us
7.1. To end the Contract, please contact us:

Price and payment
